Free trial
New workspaces get a 3-day free trial with every feature included. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not choose a plan, the trial simply ends; you are never charged automatically.
No refunds on payments
Because you can try the full product free first, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly plan fees, extra-user fees, unused time in a billing period, and downgrades in the middle of a period.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged in error, email info@velosales.tech and we will fix it and refund the incorrect charge.
Who processes payments
Payments are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country.
